We deploy state of the art soft switches and Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technologies in our network. The underlying network infrastructure is either owned or on long term leases that connects the UK to Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Los Angeles and New York providing a robust Global Network. The Global Network provides resiliency and capability to route calls around the Globe to provide our customers best possible quality of service. In addition our Network Operations Centre in Manila and Los Angeles monitor the network 365 days a year on 24 X 7 basis.
